The honest answer is that branded biscuit pricing is driven by four things: quantity, biscuit range, shape and packaging. Understanding those four levers lets you shape an order around your budget rather than the other way round.
Quantity is the biggest factor. Set-up, artwork handling and printing costs are spread across the run, so the unit price at 100 biscuits is meaningfully higher than at 1,000. Our minimum order is 100, and most customers find the price curve flattens out somewhere in the mid-hundreds.
Range comes next. The Value Range is a cost-effective biscuit designed for promotional volume — handouts at exhibitions, mailers, in-store sampling. The Premium Range uses a superior recipe with a richer taste and finish, and is what we recommend when the biscuit is the gift rather than a giveaway.
Shape affects cost modestly. Round, square and rectangle are our standard shapes and sit at the same level. Triangles, bespoke cut shapes and platters involve extra handling and are priced accordingly.
Packaging is the final lever. Loose biscuits are the cheapest option, individual flow-wrapping adds hygiene and shelf life for events, and presentation gift boxes add the most cost but transform the biscuit into a genuine corporate gift.
Because every order combines those variables differently, we quote per project rather than publishing a fixed price list. Send your quantity, shape, range and delivery date and we will give you a clear, itemised price with no obligation — and if a small change in quantity would move you into a better bracket, we will point that out.
