Ordering branded biscuits is far simpler than most people expect. From first enquiry to a boxed delivery arriving at your office, the whole process usually takes under two weeks — and most of that time is spent baking, printing and packing rather than paperwork.
Step one: choose your shape and range. We produce round, square, rectangle and triangle biscuits, plus bespoke shapes and sharing platters. Our Value Range is built for high-volume promotional work where cost per unit matters most, while our Premium Range uses a richer, better-tasting biscuit for client gifting and events where presentation is everything.
Step two: send your artwork. A vector file (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) is ideal, but a high-resolution PNG with a transparent background works well too. We print your logo in full colour with edible inks onto a smooth white icing panel, so bold shapes and clear type reproduce beautifully. If your logo has very fine detail, we will tell you honestly how it will look at biscuit size and suggest a simplified version if needed.
Step three: confirm quantity. Our minimum order is 100 biscuits. Unit prices fall as volumes rise, so if you are close to the next bracket it is usually worth asking what the difference looks like.
Step four: approve your digital proof. Before anything is baked, you receive a visual showing your logo positioned on the biscuit. Nothing goes into production until you are happy.
Step five: production and delivery. From artwork approval we typically need 3–5 working days, then your order ships on a tracked UK courier. Individually flow-wrapped biscuits, presentation boxes and platters are all available.
